Hemocue WBC Error1

Error1 is caused when part of the image area can not be analyzed. Potential causes may be: air bubbles in the sample, incorrect handling of the sample or abnormalities in sample. 

Clear the error by; 

1. Take a new microcuvette.
2. Repeat the measurement.
3. Ensure you follow all the steps correctly and fill the blood completely in the microcuvette making sure there are no air bubbles.
