Why am I unable to access Ilara HMIS?

Steps to take when you are having trouble logging in

  • Check your internet connection

It is possible that you may not be able to connect to the internet. Make sure you are connected to the 

  • Check your credentials
You cannot access the Ilara HMIS without a registered username and password. Make sure the username and password are correct and match a user who is registered on the system. Ask the system administrator at the clinic to check your account or assist you with resetting your password.
