What do I do if my patient does not have their phone with them?
- We encourage you to always inform the patient that their data is being captured on a cloud-powered system and get their consent.
 - However, if for some reason you cannot collect the OTP, you may continue without consent.
 - Please try and collect the patient’s consent at a later date.
