WBC/RBC Clog Error.

  1. Check the location of the Error on the device screen.
  2. If the Error Occurs at the bottom right of the screen, kindly  follow these steps : 
  •  On the bottom right side of the screen select the Error to enter into the Error description box.
  • Select the WBC/RBC empty Error on the description box, and click remove the error.
  • The device is going to run an error removal and check procedure and the error will disappear.
  • If this problem still persists, contact the  Ilara Health Support Team for help.
  3. If the Error occurs at the top of the screen, kindly follow these steps :  
  • Click on Menu, then click on service.
  • Click the Flush Icon, the device is going to do a quick clean procedure.
  • If the error persists, On the same service menu, select enhanced flush,  the device is going to do an enhanced cleaning, select 15 minutes of cleaning and feed the probe cleaner as it instructs.
