How to clear Diluent/Lyse Empty error.

  1. Check the location of the Error on the device screen.
  2. If the Error Occurs at the bottom right of the screen, kindly follow these steps : 
  • Check if there is Lyse or diluent in the containers, If finished please call Ilara Health to order a new set.
  • If there is alot of Lyse and diluent in the containers, push the individual Lyse and diluent tubing so that they are fully submerged in the liquids in the containers.
  • On the bottom right side of the screen click on the error to enter into the error description box.
  • Select the Lyse or diluent empty Error on the description box, and click remove the error.
  • The device is going to run an error removal and check procedure and the error will disappear.
  • If this problem still persists, contact the  Ilara Health Support Team for help.
  3. If the error occurs at the top of the device screen, kindly follow these steps : 
  • Check if there is Lyse or diluent in the containers, If finished please call Ilara Health to order a new set.
  • If there is alot of Lyse and diluent in the containers, push the individual Lyse and diluent tubing so that they are fully submerged in the liquids in the containers.
  • Click on Menu, then Service, then select the prime all icon.
  • The device is going to run an error removal and check procedure and the error will disappear.
