How do I enter a missing lab or imaging Investigation?

• Be sure to check your spelling when searching for investigations. Scroll through the drop-down to check for your investigation.
• If the investigation you are looking for is not available, you can type it into the ‘other investigation request' field just below the search by name or department.
• Click the ‘request investigation’ button to make an investigation request
• Scroll down to Investigation Results to find the results options
