How do I dispense medication that is already in the system?

• If you are selling medicine to a patient who has had an encounter, you can add the cost to the encounter before it is closed.
• Navigate to the billing section of the patient encounter.
• Search for all the medication that you are dispensing to the patient. Make sure to select the correct amount and pricing packages.
• Click on complete payment, select the right payment methods, enter the amount paid and click on ‘validate payment’.
• Ensure the print receipt box is checked in case you need to print out the receipt.
