      Getting Nil results after running a Sample.

      1. Check that you have collected at least 2ml of whole blood sample in the EDTA tube 
      2. Fully submerge the bore of the sample needle into the blood before pressing the start button.
      3. Allow Enough time for the probe to aspirate the sample and raise it into the device before removing the EDTA sample tube.
      4. If this problem still persists, contact the  Ilara Health Support Team for help.
