- Disconnect the probe from the Ipad
- Restart the Ipad.
- Double click the Home key and close all the background running apps by swiping them up.
- Check if the butterfly IQ app is up to date, if not please update it.
- Relaunch the Butterfly IQ app, sign in and connect the probe to continue performing the scans.
