Butterfly App Keeps freezing a mid scan.

  1. Disconnect the probe from the Ipad
  2. Restart the Ipad.
  3. Double click the Home key and close all the background running apps by swiping them up.
  4. Check if the butterfly IQ app is up to date, if not please update it.
  5. Relaunch the Butterfly IQ app, sign in and connect the probe to continue performing the scans.
